Four months!

Kai had her 4 month check-up this week: she’s 25″ long, and weighs 12lbs 2oz.  She’ll be getting her first set of vaccinations at her 6 month check-up.  As a reward, Mrs Bean took her to happy hour where they had beer and pizza.  Just kidding.  It wasn’t a reward, but they did go to happy hour.

Other weekend activities included trying to get baby #5 from our lesbian prenatal group to come out.  The baby is due on March 16th.  Kai spent some time sending welcoming vibes to the baby, and rubbing our friend’s belly.

We also had a chance to get a line-up photo of babies 1-4 from the group.  Kai is the oldest one, but not the biggest one…Chulti is 2 weeks younger and outweighs her by a good 4 lbs.  The Boys (the twins) are 4 weeks old.

All in all, it was a fun weekend.  Now, if we could only convince Kai that she can sleep on her own (she kicks way too much for it to be easy to sleep with her), that’d be great…trying to change her sleep behavior is our latest project.
